It can lead to numerous health hazards. There should be a gap of 4 hours between each meal. Snacking in between meals is also overeating. Do not eat when you are not hungry.

How to eat:

  • Chew the food well.
  • Avoid drinking water during the meal.
  • Do not have any arguments while having your food.
  • Avoid overcooked food.
  • It is better to consume food within 2 hours of cooking.
  • Do not consume anything too cold or too hot.
